Only what you provide in the review form on this site: name, business, email, and optionally phone and current website, along with a description of your situation and your preferred language.

We also record the submission date, the language and the page the request came from, together with a record of your consent.

When available, we additionally store optional technical metadata about the visit: the entry page to the site, the campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, and the referring hostname (never the full URL). Their only purpose is to know which channel or campaign originated the request and to improve how we attract enquiries. They do not identify anyone, and no personal data is sent to Google Analytics.

To answer your request, review your situation and, if there is a fit, prepare a proposal. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Processing is based on your consent, given explicitly when you tick the box and submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to javier@seenworth.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Requests sent through the form are stored in the managed Lovable Cloud database (Supabase infrastructure), acting as processor on behalf of the controller and following its instructions. Site hosting runs on the same platform.

Access to those requests is restricted: they are not publicly accessible or readable from the browser, and are only queried server-side in order to handle your request.

No transfers are made beyond those strictly needed for the technical operation of the site and the handling of your request.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 for statistical purposes. The cookie policy sets out the full detail — data collected, cookies, lifetime, provider and international transfers — and you can withdraw consent at any time from the footer.

We keep your data only for as long as it is necessary to handle your request and the related conversation, and afterwards for as long as required to meet applicable legal obligations. Once no longer necessary, it is deleted.

Requests are stored in the Lovable Cloud (Supabase) infrastructure described above. In addition, SEENWORTH uses Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) as its technical email provider to send Javier an internal notification of every new request.

To produce that notification, the necessary form content and delivery metadata are transmitted to Resend: at minimum email address, name, business and message content; and also phone, website, preferred language, goal and other fields only when you provide them or when they form part of the notification.

The sole purpose is to manage and answer your request. We do not use this flow for automated campaigns and we do not share your data for commercial purposes.

Resend acts as a processor under its terms and its data processing agreement (DPA). According to its official documentation, its main processing operations take place in the United States and it provides for the applicable safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and its stated participation in the Data Privacy Framework. Its privacy policy and DPA are available in the legal section of its website.

This data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations, following the criterion described in the retention section.
