Only what you provide in the review form on this site: name, business, email, and optionally phone and current website, along with a description of your situation and your preferred language.

We also record the submission date, the language and the page the request came from, together with a record of your consent.

To answer your request, review your situation and, if there is a fit, prepare a proposal. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Processing is based on your consent, given explicitly when you tick the box and submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to javier@seenworth.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To deliver the service we use web hosting and database providers that process the data on behalf of the controller, as processors and following its instructions.

No transfers are made beyond those strictly needed for the technical operation of the site and the handling of your request.

We keep your data only for as long as it is necessary to handle your request and the related conversation, and afterwards for as long as required to meet applicable legal obligations. Once no longer necessary, it is deleted.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to javier@seenworth.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
